Whole condition is fantastic.
All (fuchigashira, tsuba, kojiri and kougai) are conposed of same unified iron fittings patterned cherry flowers.
Tsuka string is rerolled by comparatively recent, it fits perfectly.
Saya length is 23.8cm, so it can put your sword around 21cm.

They are about 33.4cm in full length, sheath length about 23.8cm, and handle length about 8.5cm.
