Holothuria is a genus of marine animals of the family Holothuriidae. Members of the genus are found in coastal waters in tropical and temperate regions. They are soft bodied, limbless invertebrates that dwell on the ocean floor.

The Animal Kingdom
is the best known work of the French naturalist Baron Georges Cuvier. Published in London by G. Henderson 1834-9.  Cuvier authored the scientific text which  was illustrated by M. Latreille.  The goal of this series was  to "serve as a foundation for the natural history of animals  and an introduction to comparative anatomy". The subjects  covered included mammals, birds, fish, insects, reptiles, mollusks and crustacea.
The zoophytes are plantlike animals, esp. a coral, sea anemone, sponge, or sea lily.
Georges Léopold Chrétien Frédéric Dagobert Cuvier (August 23, 1769 – May 13, 1832) was a French naturalist and zoologist.

The Nature of Prints & Engravings
: It was not until the 20th century that prints were commonly produced for the
print
itself. Prior to this, virtually all prints (and engravings) were produced as
illustrations
to be included in a manuscript, book, newspaper, or pamphlet. Therefore, a vast majority of original prints have been over the years removed from these original sources. Prints are produced using many different techniques:
