One was for the 1939 World's Fair; one = Feb 10 1941 Washington DC to Harrisburg VA; the second one was May 3 1941South Bend Peru & Indianapolis; the third one was July 20 1978 Virginia & Truckee Locomotive No 29.  I have no idea what these are worth, but know that many people collect Stamps with Railroad topics.
