This is a wonderful piece of art as well as functional, holding anything in it you can imagine. You can use it in any room of the house or covered patio. It's heavy, very solid piece. There is some wear to the black paint around the edge of the bowl and inside edge of the lid but doesn't take away from this amazing collectible item. It states that it's for decorative use only but you could use a liner inside for candy or even a small bowl inside.
