    This is a Japanese wakizashi in shirosaya mountings.   The blade is unsigned
    shobu-zukuri
    (iris leaf) shape with deep curvature, Edo period ca.1600 era made blade.   The blade is in old full polish, no rust, no stain and in good condition.    Temper line is wavy
    gunome-choji
    temper and deep temper at the point.  Forging grain is tight
    itame-hada
    , no opening, no blister and no forging flaws.    There is no nick, no bend, no crack and cutting edge is sharp.    The blade is rested in ho-wood
    shirosaya
    mountings, no loose, no crack and in good condition.   It measures 13+3/8" cutting edge, 1+1/4" width, 4.5 mm thickness and 21" in mountings.       Shipping is priority in U.S.   No international shipping.  Payment dues within 3 days auction end.
