Badge A Minit Cut a Circle II 2800 Electronic Circle Cutter 2 1/4" - 2 3/4". This is a used unit, in good looking AND good working condition. Final photo, below, is of a 2-1/4" circle cut using this machine. I have no manual, so don't know a lot about the operating guidelines. Put in a piece of paper, provided a little light pressure on the handle, on the front, it cut a very clean circle. It had 4 little rubber bumpers on the base, one of them is missing, almost any self-adhesive rubber bumper will replace it.
