Description

3rd owner of a 1989 Yamaha FJ1200 that has been garage kept 90% of its life. Maintained regularly and has many upgrades done professionally by RPM in California including handlebar vibranator, spin on filter adapter, magnetic drain plug, larger oil cooler, engine bar protector, new fork springs .85k and seals, fork spring brace for tighter handling, larger braking radial master cylinder with larger reservoir, valve check and adjusted , steel braided brake lines, double piston Yamaha blue dot brake calipers.
2021: Brand new Avon spirit ST rear and front tire (less than 25 miles) ,new battery, and brand new EBC front and rear brake pads and oil change.
I’ve had the motorcycle since 2013 and have ridden it less than 2000 miles. It is very well taken care of. You can start it and ride same day.
32 year old motorcycle: Minor scratches as normal, HID bulb high beam inoperable, right turn signal operable but turns off at times.
Reason I’m selling: I pay for parking in my building, I do not ride often living in DC, and I plan on moving soon.
