My added comments ....."NO TITLE", Bill of sale only. (Had to select 'clean' to list)
Starts right up and runs good. Feels low on compression to Me though. Seems to have decent power. Front and Rear Tires and Tubes are brand new. The battery was replaced a couple of years ago, but is kind of iffy at this point.
Transmission shifts through all gears nicely. Clutch works smoothly, but slips some. Could be adjustment, but I think it needs new plates. I'm 240 pounds, so part of it could be My weight.
Paint was done by previous owner, and is a real amateur job, but it looks presentable. Bars were bent, straightened, and painted silver, along with the tach and fenders. Fork tubes are really nice, not rusted.
Tach and speedo work well, but I don't think the lights are working. Electric start was working, but I think the battery doesn't have the power for it now. Batteries for these are cheap. Auto Lube seems to be working alright.
I don't think the engine is the original because the numbers on it don't match the frame vin number. The shocks don't dampen, just spring. The forks probably will need new inner seals and fluid. It rides o.k. as long as You don't get into a lot of really bad bumps.
Seat is in good shape, but the cover is showing it's age. Brakes work good. Overall, it's a pretty decent little bike that could definitely use some TLC to get it into better shape. Not too bad as it is though.
I guess it could be considered a good running, decent looking project bike, or just ride it as it is. Would be a great candidate for a total restore, if You are looking to go that route. "NO TITLE"
