1973 Yamaha 360

Description

1973 Yamaha RT3 360 Enduro in great original condition, I purchased this motorcycle from the original MN owner in Nov, 2010 with 1455 miles.  It has 1916 actual miles, numbers matching frame and engine,  Starts right up and runs great!  Original Baja Brown paint, I had the front and rear fender and tail light professionally repainted.   Seat has a small tear along the bottom of the seat pan.   Original tires still in great condition, no cracks.  The tank has a small scuff mark on left side, no dents.  See pics.  There is some rust along the swing arm due to 6 volt battery venting which was a common issue on these bikes.  I cleaned the tank using vinegar and sheets rock nails, and Marvel Mystery oil.  Installed a new gas cap gasket kit and a fuel cock tank gasket.  Carburetor was shocked and rebuilt August, 2021.  I installed a NOS de-compressor cable, and a new battery installed July, 2021.  Oil injector is operational.  Everything on this bike is original and operates correctly right down to the high beam red indicator light on the headlight.  This Yamaha 360 has stayed in storage for most of the time I've owned it and now needs to find a good home where it can be ridden and show cased.  It wouldn't take very much to make this motorcycle museum quality, but it shows extremely well as is for a 48 year old Yamaha Enduro motorcycle.
I have a clean title in my name, owners manual, and documents from the original owner documenting when it was bought new.  I can help with delivery within 200 miles of zip 55041 for gas money.  Otherwise I will work with you or your shipper on pickup at my location.
