Hello! Decided to sell my awesome 1968 JAGUAR XKE E-TYPE, The car was sold in new in Florida to Genevieve MC Culloug a older female that owned the car till 1976, the car had 6000 miles at that time! Upon her passing the car was sold to another local Florida lady, Sandra Allen in Laurel Florida, this new owner held on to the car in a air conditioned environment fer the next 45 years and sold it to me. The son of this lady has a reputable machine shop in Florida and over the years rebuild the transmission and resealed the engine and rear end, unreal but the car does not leak a drip, he also machined all new brake cylinders with life time stainless steel units. When I obtained the car the body paint was all original, but aged with some dull areas, no rust no accidents ever, All chrome and moldings and bumpers were removed and the car had a beautiful base coat finish coat repaint! Door jams and under hood are not repainted and perfect original! The interior is all original with lots of character and all original leather, all chrome is absolutely gorgeous original and rust / pit free !     Mechanical the car is perfect, starts right up, drives flawless and does not need any attention, The underneath is rust free all original like it left the factory, newer exhaust system! It would be hard to find a more honest original car like this, the car one of a kind, drive anywhere! Tires are new and wire wheels are the original ones that came on the when new, not some hard to balance after market replicas! The car is 100% rust free, I am ready to sell since the stock market just took the wind out of my sails, I have looked for years to find this quality of what I think is art to find!
